Priority Service is Landmark’s solution for customers looking for on-site, full service protection. Traditionally, this is for customers that don’t have the time or internal expertise to repair all problems. Landmark provides unlimited, on-site maintenance as hardware failures occur. Covered expenses are all labor, parts, mileage and travel time. Using a fixed annual fee per unit allows the customer to budget accurately. This unique agreement provides for on-site service, like the Priority Service, but with reduced pricing. Typically this contract is for customers that have more issues than their employees can handle. Here is how it works. The customer pays an annual fee for each unit, a fraction of the Priority Service fee. Then each time a hardware failure occurs, there is a low flat charge per incident. As with Priority Service all labor, parts, mileage and travel expenses are covered. Shared Commitment is a proven way to lower annual maintenance costs, especially for the customer with some internal expertise.
