Help desk support is provided for Small Tool Tracking, hardware and network administration at the rate of $25 per quarter hour with a minimum of one quarter of an hour.
ProfiTRAC and Simply Estimating support is provided at the rate of $80 per incident for customers without support contracts. Customers with support contracts will be billed according to their individual contract. A free grace period is provided after initial software purchase and after major upgrades. All fees will be billed on net 15 day terms.
